Hi Everyone,

My name is Matt Marsh, and I'm in Louisville, KY. I'm 25 years old, and I currently work full-time on salary while I am a full-time grad student in a Christian seminary.

I'm looking to get my real estate investment career started as soon as I can. My 5-year goal is to supplement my (and my wife's) W2 with rental properties. My 10-year goal is to be financially free (and continue growing). I've listened to hours and hours of podcasts and watched hours of videos, and it's time for the rubber to hit the road.

I'm always happy to make connections!

Best Regards

Awesome! Keep the faith, lol. Always keep the W2 until you replace the income. What is your strength? And where do you need partners? Have you determined a location and asset class? How well do you know excel? These questions will help you develop your skills further. Take care!
