New to Great Falls, MT

Hi everyone,

My name is Todd Reinert and I am pretty new to investing in properties (on purpose). I am active duty military and will be stationed in Great Falls next month. My experience was buying and flipping my previous house in Cheyenne, WY. It was a deal that I somewhat lucked into at the right time. I understand the idea of most things real estate from all of the reading I have done and a few savvy friends in other markets, but realize there is a lot to learn.

My background is in electrical and light commercial HVAC. I am also well versed in most residential construction except structural. I have the numbers and the construction side of things fairly well laid out, but sourcing deals is another story. Being new to town I am looking to connect with people that share a similar mindset for real estate. Overall, my goal is own MFH with enough monthly to not have to get another "real" job after I retire from the Air Force.
