New to Bigger Pockets to learn MFR.

Hey Everyone! My husband and I are new to Bigger Pockets and are hoping to learn how to break into MFRs. We currently own one SFR free and clear and are hoping to 1031 exchange into 1 or 2 MFRs out of state. We also own several pieces of land we would like to 1031 at some point as well, but want to start with the home. Any advice you have to give would be much appreciated! I know a lot of you have done this before and done really well. Thank you, and I'm excited and grateful to be here.
