Ohio Newbie

Hey hey everybody, just wanted to introduce myself, and get my first post here under my belt. My name is Mike, I am in Lorain County Ohio. I have been renting forever, like 12 or 13 years ( always thought the house I am in would be my first flip buuut), and have been wanting to get into flipping houses for about the same time. It has always been one thing or another along the way that has held me up, but I am truly interested and willing to learn any tricks or tips along the way. I will be bombing around here now, as there seems to be alot of people here. So there it is, glad to be aboard.
