Hello Everyone Introduction
Hello everyone,
My name is Mark from Hickory<, NC and I'm just starting in real estate investing. This is something that have wanted to do for quite sometime and I am finally in a position to take my first step. I am currently looking in my local area for my first purchase.
I feel that I understand what is expected of me as a future landlord but wanted to know from experienced landlords is there anything I should know. All information given will be greatly appreciated.
