New to Real Estate. Nice to meet you, I'm Eunice!

Hi BP,

New member here and looking to invest in the Sacramento area.

I'm currently residing in the Bay Area, working in the semiconductor industry (boring, I know). I've spent a year in Sacramento so I'm somewhat familiar with the neighborhoods and surrounding cities.

I have about 80k in liquid cash (not sure if this is enough) to put towards a flip. Any thoughts?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Eunice,

Congrat's on starting your RE journey! I'm an investor and real estate agent in Sacramento. $80k might work if you're funding with a hard money loan, as they typically require less down and also can fund construction costs. What type of properties are you interested in?
