My plans are to start off with small deals and work my way up to investment properties to have a decent monthly cash flow.  I want to eventually reach a 6-digit income in the near future to make a better living for my family. 

I am in the Pennsylvania area looking to invest in different areas to give a little bit of variety from affordable class to upper luxurious class.
