I am glad to be on the Biggerpockets site as a Pro User. I really like the calculators. New to the forum. I have started REI in Multifamily - like so many have now. I have a lot to learn and am happy that this site exists as a learning tool! Thanks Biggerpockets - I am working to make mine a little bigger as well!
