Hello! New to RE, Denver Colorado area
Hello everyone at biggerpockets! I have been reading the guides, blogs, and posts, and am extremely grateful for the information I have already received.
I am currently finishing up a college degree (BSBA: Finance, Minor: Math) in Indiana, but this summer my wife and I are planning to move to Denver for various reasons. We have both been working and saving money, and have a decent amount of money to start investing.
One of our current goals is to invest in a multi-family unit where we can live in one unit, reducing our living costs and creating income for further investment. I will be learning as much as I can before we actually move, and to find ways to be useful to others while learning the real estate field!
Thank you,
Erik
