My name is Jon Grant and I live in Tustin, CA I don't have any experience in Real Estate or investing. I'm looking to get more information on flipping and wholesaling houses in our area, Orange County, CA. My wife and I started our own home search and we have seen a lot of the homes go to investors to flip or resell and that got us thinking about trying to do the same.
