Hi Everyone,

My name is Rich Spaulding and I live in beautiful Kennesaw, GA.

I've been lurking around the forums and I'm ready to start participating. BiggerPockets seems like a terrific community - full of wonderful people helping each other.

I like the idea of investing (I currently rent out my former house in South Florida) and have a goal of owning several properties in my lifetime. I'm not interested in being a full time real estate investor, but certainly want to get into the game and participate (if that makes sense).

I'm also interested in opening my own real estate brokerage someday. I'm currently studying to pass the real estate sales license test in Georgia.

My biggest talent is internet marketing. I'm an expert at SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing....etc. I work for an extremely smart and dynamic digital marketing company in Atlanta, Georgia.

I'd like to use these internet marketing talents by partnering with someone in the real estate game. My partner could show me the real estate ropes and I could help their website (or start a new one).
