New Guy from Texas

Hello everyone,

I'm Jon. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, I'm also a veteran and I live in the Dallas area. Although I've had some education in multiple investment strategies, I've decided to go all in on commercial, particularly multifamily. My big short-term goals are to land my first deal within the next 90 days and accumulate enough cashflow for my wife and me to quit our jobs within a year.

I became interested in real estate years ago while in the military and bought a Carlton Sheets course.

Looking forward to connecting with others in the space and adding value to the community.

Welcome Jon! I just moved from Austin to NYC but always love to welcome a fellow Texan to the forum.
