Hi all. I'm fairly new to the site and green in RE investing. I've been on since Aug. haven't posted anything and still learning how to navigate this site. From listening to the podcast, reading so many of the posts and guidance from J. Scott's books, I recently purchased my first SF. Now that I actually took action, hopefully I can contribute in the future.
