Hi all. I'm fairly new to the site and green in RE investing. I've been on since Aug. haven't posted anything and still learning how to navigate this site. From listening to the podcast, reading so many of the posts and guidance from J. Scott's books, I recently purchased my first SF. Now that I actually took action, hopefully I can contribute in the future.

I'm in Milwaukee and would like to connect and get to know the BP members in the area. Someone let me know when the next meet up is. Looking forward to it. Thanks!
