Aspiring Real Estate Investor

Jack Leiser
Posted

Hey everyone my names Jack and I thought id introduce myself to this group.

I am currently living in Dallas as I just finished my undergrad this past may and started my career as a Financial Analyst for a large prop tech firm based in Richardson, TX.

I am currently 22 and I've always found real estate investing a fascinating and lucrative business if done with proper strategy and execution with a solid team. I started reading the How to Invest in Real Estate book and can't seem to put it down. I've almost finished it within a week and ordered a few more recommended books focusing on house flipping and rehab costs as thats where I want to start my niche before expanding outwards.

I ideally want to start investing in the next 4-6 months after I build a few valuation models and create a strong plan for how I want to proceed whether that's going from flipping to BRRRR, and then ideally multifamily hold in the future.

Anyways, if anyone in the Dallas area and wants to chat I'd love to learn more from an experienced investor. I have a few great connections through school and family who are in the industry, but ideally having someone in my area who aligns with my interests would be amazing to learn from and give my help in any way possible.

Cheers friends,
Jack
