Hello everyone, My name is Fernando Bodden. I am new with BiggerPockets. I am always searching for  opportunities and learning new things  in the Real Estate field.  I am a Real Estate Appraiser with over 20 years experience and I am located in the Houston and surrounding market areas. I am looking to diversify my practice and explore the possibilities in new investments in single-family properties,  and I hope to find the additional tools through BiggerPockets.
