I'm Back on Bigger Pockets ready to tap in!

I joined Bigger pockets years ago and have not visited this site in years. Since my departure I have obtained my real estate sales agent license. And I am actively working full time as a Realtor. I service Richmond and surrounding counties. I'm excited to tap into the knowledge that Bigger pockets provides, and build a network with other like minded real estate professionals. My focus is in investor clients, but I am still learning how to work best with investors any advice you all can provide is much appreciated.
