Hi All,

 New member here, my name's Jake, and I live in a single-family with my wife and 6-month-old daughter, and our dog named Bear (30-year mortgage). I am a software developer and I am beginning to dive into the world of real estate for both my independent knowledge as well as potential business ventures in the real estate space. 

I saw in the dashboard a webinar was starting soon, so I signed up and am watching. Lots to learn and catch up on!  I got a recommendation for the site and am happy I stopped by.
