Hey everyone! Brand New investor here in Washington Court House, OH. I am 24, Photographer for PACSUN, and freelance Commercial Photographer on the side. I am in the final 2 weeks of closing on my very first investment property – turnkey duplex I will be house-hacking, as well as transitioning from LTRs to MTRs! – thank you Zeona McIntyre and Sarah Weaver for this inspo.
