Hi Bigger Pockets Members,

I am new here and I got here because I'm looking to step into the real estate world

I have 4 years of history most of which were working on data and analytics and almost a year of it was in inbound deal review and underwriting for commercial real estate buy and hold deals

After hopping around and tasting a few angles in the business world I strongly believe that real estate is something I love and am skilled to do. 

Since i wanna do something in the real estate field and eventually put together and buy real estate myself, I know that having a skill and carrier in the line is the key.

Based on my current skills, I defined my entry point in the range of:

In-office assistant 

Assistant sales person

Underwriter 

Go-getter

Manage deal flows and systematize steps

Organize and be on top of management

Im looking to connect with a company or individual that needs help in my area of skill and expertise. And Grow my skills and add value to the company or individuals portfolio
