New from northeast, TN

Hey everyone, excited to see what this is all about. My name is Jared Williams, I live in northeast TN. New to investing in general other than my IRA (which I wouldn't really count). My wife and I are currently launching a couple of internet business and I'm wanting to begin the learning the process of real estate investing. I think I'll be most interested in income properties but since I'm still a novice that could very well change. That's about it for me.
