Hi everyone, my name's Myriad. I'm located in Eugene Oregon and am currently looking for my first deal close to home or in Portland Oregon. I'm most interested in triplex or quadplex long-term rentals, but am also curious about short term rentals and flipping. I'm so excited to learn and invest and grow!
