Hi!

I’m looking forward to becoming more involved in the BP community. I’ve been a casual investor over the past decade owning a rental duplex that has done well with little effort or strategy. But as we all know, luck is not a strategy so I’m focusing my efforts to try and make investing my full time job over the next several years.

I live in Santa Cruz California and looking to add at least 1 multi family this year in or out of state.

I’m looking to grow my network, build relationships and potentially find a mentor ;)

Please feel free to DM or connect with me

Quote from @Brandon Goldsmith:

Investing in your own backyard is always best but if it not feasible then looking out of state is the next best option. I would suggest narrowing down a few markets that fit your goals @Yigal Uriel

Thanks @Brandon Goldsmith. Pre-approvals and market research are my next steps. Lots of good resources here in BP.  Columbus, OH is certainly on my list.
