Hello BP!

I'm pretty new to RE investing. My only background in RE are some courses I've took in college(General RE, no particulars), Independent study on ways to invest in RE, and I'm very interested in RE investing through "Subject To" and Wholesaling. I found myself very comfortable with the way those two stratedgies work. It seems like those are my only two options in getting started on short-term/long-term investing for now. My credit isn't the best, I'm working a regular 9-5 right now and I wanted to at least engage in some on site activity with investors, if possible before I offer any deals to anyone. Seminars, just researching online, and reading books only go so far. I'm a very fast learner when in the field.

I have two brothers back in my hometown(Chicago) who are inexperienced in RE investing, but have some capital to work with. I'm pretty much the eyeballs and they would help if there's a good deal on the table.

What would you recommend BP?
