My name is Chris and I have been lurking around the forums here for quite awhile now but never formally introduced myself so I thought I might as well do so today :-)

I currently live in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ and I am interning for a successful wholesaler and plan to become a wholesaler as well. Long term I would like to get into multi-family housing.
