Feasibility/Due diligence periods!
Hello everyone names Antonio! I have a property that a realtor that I work with sent me to move. It’s off-market and she’s presenting the opportunity to me exclusively. The numbers are slightly off but the deal should still work, the main problem is she’s only willing to give me 2day(48hr) feasibility period when I usually request 10-15 day due diligence. FYI I do plan on assigning this contract to a end buyer. Anybody have any insight or advice on this topic? Please help me out, thanks!
