Newbie Introduction for Spokane, WA/CDA, ID

Hi Everybody!

I'm a new member looking to get started in the Spokane/Coeur D'Alene market. I've been reading the forums on BP for while so thought I would go ahead and say hello.

I'm looking to start doing some wholesaling and rehabbing, and am on BP to network and learn. I really like how little hype and pitching there is on here. It's quite refreshing.

I'm also impressed with the amount of help and content on the site and excited to be part of the community!
