Hello,

I and my partners have put together a decent chunk of change (close to $1,000,000). We are considering buying a bunch of cashflow properties in the $80-120k range.

As we are not US citizens (we are from Canada), the main concern is financing. We are looking for some partnerships, to get the money we have leveraged as much as possible.

I would also love to connect with the community, to get some advice in general. We have experience with real-estate in Canada, but there is no such thing as "cashflow positive" in Canada real-estate anymore ...

Anyway, Cheers to you all!
