Hi all,

My name is Julia and I am excited to have finally joined the Biggerpockets community! I am 21 years old and recently graduated from UCI with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior. I have always had an interest in real estate but never knew where to begin until I found this site. So far I have read the ultimate beginner’s guide, listened to podcasts, set up keyword alerts, & read some of the forums.

My long term goals are to become a wholesaler and eventually a real estate investor, specifically buy and hold distressed properties in CA (fingers crossed as I know it is one tough market). I am fortunate to have a full time job right now and plan on saving as much as I can to make these dreams happen. Until then, I look forward to learning and getting to know all of you real estate pros!
