New BP Member in Dallas
Hi Everyone,
My name is Ronald Walker. I am new to Bigger Pockets (BP) at the suggestion of some colleagues. I look forward to being involved with the Investors in the DFW area. My goal is through connecting with BP members we can all sharpen one another and grow our real estate businesses side by side. I am also interested in and actively seeking to helping Investors/Wholesalers with Owner Finance or "Subject To" transactions.
My primary strategy is purchasing homes "Subject To". I am also involved in flips, burnouts, wholesale and other creative real estate strategies.
I have been actively involved in real estate for almost two years. Our company currently closes 4-15 properties a month through our office. The majority of those homes are purchased "Subject To" as my partners and I are building a cash flow portfolio.
