Hey fellow investors,

I'm a USAF vet currently in the Northern Virginia area and working in cybersecurity.  I've been on my real estate journey for about 5 years with the goal of purchasing one property per year.  I mostly own townhomes but after listening to the 90 day challenge I managed to purchase my first cash flowing duplex but it was really tough to find in this market.  I'm open to purchasing anywhere in the US and have travelled to view properties. I've begun to realize that my business structure in not tax efficient and I'd like to work with a real estate lawyer and a CPA to create a more profitable and sustainable business structure for my business. I've very open to learning, growing, and constructive criticism and I look forward to participating in the forums!

I used a family friend who is a retired corporate attorney, he did me a favor when I purchased my first duplex because he could see I was up a creek without a paddle from the get go.  I am sure there are several on here, check the "build your team" tab at the top of the page, I do know BiggerPockets vetted all people they recommend.
