Hello everyone,

I've been reading BP forums and listening the BP podcast for a while now. I've learned a lot, but have much more to learn. I'm working full-time in San Francisco, but will hopefully soon buy an income property on the Northside of Chicago, or possibly Evanston or Skokie.
