New From Rhode Island
Hi,
I am just getting started in Real Estate. I partnered with a friend who is a contractor, and have just finished our first flip. We are going to put it on the market today. So obviously, my first goal for the new year is to sell at a profit. I have also registered for the real estate course. My second goal is become a licensed real estate agent. My third goal is to flip another house before the end of the year. Any advice is welcome! Thx.
