I'm trying to get into SFR/MFR investing, 100% buy & hold initially. I'm in for the long haul--slow to start, consistent returns, do it right, keep my awesome career in high-tech fully intact. I'm looking to diversify, create a new revenue stream, and eventually build a self-sustaining empire. Modest goals.
