New Investor from Orange County California
:D Hello everyone. I just got to start off by saying that I love this website and I'm glad I found it when I googled Bank REO's. I am ready to find property I can buy and flip, but I'm having a hard time looking for a property that is at 35% below market value so a hard money lender would finance it. I'm really axious to find a property in Southern California because I have over 10,000 buyer leads in Orange county alone who are looking for property for investment or who are first time buyers. I would love to network with people who can find good properties to buy and flip. Reply if you are interested!!! :help:
