What's up folks,
Hello, Greg Brown here. I'm a beginning investor or should I say soon to be investor. I don't plan on jumping in until maybe this summer. I need to get my focus and knowledge together. Back in 2003 I purchased a 2-family and did the landlord thing. i wasn't overly motivated due to the fact my salary was ridiculous for my age. Oh how times have changed. I am now a mid-level analyst who sits in front of a computer screen for 8+ hours a day and then goes home and continues. I CAN'T TAKE THAT ANYMORE!!! Let me calm down. Ok, all I want is to get back in the game. A game I quite enjoyed. I even enjoyed the midnight calls and nightmare tenants. Yea, I know. But I felt alive, I felt happy. I want that back and want it back for good. So here I am. Feed me your knowledge ole great ones...feed me seymour!!!
