My name is Jake. I'm a US Navy Veteran. Since leaving the military, I have become a financial consultant and the COO of the consulting firm. At this point, I am interesting in growing my wealth and portfolio. Like a lot of people, I had no idea where to start. The journey to find my starting point brought me here.

I am currently reading How To Invest In Real Estate to get the lay of the land. Any help is always appreciated and long-term.

Nice to meet you Jake. Using your VA loan to house hack in the simplest, low barrier to entry way to get into investing. The VA loan does not require a down payment, no mortgage insurance, and enjoys the best interest rates.
