I am from Colombia and lived there for the past year and a half, which has given me a renewed appreciation for living in the US. I have been in this country must of my life. I bought my first house when I was 22 with $500 and no credit, kept it for 15 years and was hooked. I have renovated, wholesaled, been a real estate agent. I have been out of the business for about 4 years and I am ready to start my first rehab again. I will be working initially in Orlando, as my family is there and we are going to partner. My brother being a contractor and my mother a real estate agent. Once I have enough funds, I want to work also in my home area of Hampton Roads, as my kids are here and I have them 50% of the time. I am looking for a rehab in the Orlando area right now.
