Hello!

My name is Codey Wendel, and I am currently a Junior at The Ohio State University studying Marketing. My interest for real estate investing went through the roof when I stumbled across the BiggerPockets podcast a few months ago, and since have been trying to learn as much as I can. 

Currently, I have an internship and am saving up to get started after I graduate in about a year and half. My goal as of right now is to purchase a duplex or triplex using an FHA loan and house hack. I would love to get to know local investors and am excited to continue learning!
