Hello everyone, I currently live in WPB, Fl. I'm from Philadelphia. I work in healthcare but Florida seems like a wonderful place with great opportunities to invest in real estate. I'm interested in building new construction but may start off with some flips or multi family units. Not sure still educating myself in all things real estate, the sky's the limit. I've already learned so much through this site and I'm excited for what's ahead.
