What’s going on BP community! I joined BP about 5 years ago, but haven’t been as active as I would like, so I am super excited to be jumping back in.

I am local to the Portland OR area, but originally from CA. I bought my first property back in 2018 (A 3 bd 2 ba townhouse) as a primary right before I got married – Lived there for two years then bought my next primary (4 bd 2.5 ba SFH) in 2020 and rented out my townhouse to family (Boy do I have stories about that…but that is for another time). Eventually sold the townhouse and bought a 3 bd 2.5 ba beach house out on the Oregon Coast.

Currently in a “career job” that I really enjoy, but looking to dive fully into creating a Real Estate portfolio in pursuit of financial freedom so I can spend more time with my wife and 6mo.

I look forward to being able to share the lessons and knowledge that I have gained so far, as well as learn from all the brilliant RE minds on BP!
