Homeless to Managing homes, please help!
I’m greatly appreciative of the time you’re taking to give a man that was broken advice.
Thank you!
I NEED YOUR FULL ATTENTION FOR 3 MINUTES.
I think I’m 34 now..
I’ve been in the divorce process for 3yrs and believe it’s ending soon.
My soon to be ex wife and NYS working together managed to temporarily break me financially, mentally and emotionally.
Prior to the divorce we had 2 growing businesses.
A insurance agency and moving company, and some rental property.
When the divorce started.
My wife emptied our accounts, put my belongings on the porch and moved her personal trainer in and taught our at the time 5 and 4yr old children to call this man Papa..
I moved into my car, and washed at planet fitness.
For a period of time only able to watch my children grow up in pictures on her social media account. With a fake account I had to create.
I’m back on my feet now, and with prayer and research. I’ve decided my next business will be,
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
This is where I can use all of your support.
Please let me add your knowledge and experience to my story.
What are the 3 biggest problems you have as a property manager?
Example, finding tenants, hiring staff, getting customers and so on.
What’s 1 thing you wish you could’ve of done at the beginning of your career that would’ve saved you so much pain.
If I’ve gone past my 3 minute, I’m sorry.
