@Miguel Perez welcome to BP. You can build your reputation here by making good posts about tile issues. They come up all the time. @Tom Gimer is an example fo someone who posts great info about tile issues. 

Title issues are very important to investors but most investors don't have a clue about them  This is a real opportummity for you to educate investors and build your business.
