I’m glad to be joining the Bigger Pockets community. I’m a real estate attorney representing landlords of commercial property in NYC. I would like to own my own property and have been listening to the BP podcasts in anticipation of doing so.  I keep hearing about the importance of joining the forums and am excited to learn from the BP community.
