Aspiring Commerical Developer in Savannah, GA!

Hello All, I'm an aspiring commercial developer in Savannah, GA. Currently embarking on the exciting journey of due diligence for a 4 acre lot with plans to build multi-unit flex space which is desperately needed in our area. I am learning something new each day and with every conversation. My husband and I have built a successful business marketing and consulting within the tactical and defense industry. Our new venture into developing and managing a commercial property is brand new territory though which we are discovering more everyday! I would love any insider tips from those knowledgeable of this amazing community – so don't be shy if you're feeling generous :) 


I plan to spend a lot of time searching/reading within this community, let me know if you have any suggested searches! Especially tips on this type of building/property and also investor relations and how to make sure it's beneficial for all involved parties. Thanks all!
