Hello everyone,

I'm excited to be joining the BiggerPockets community as a new customer! My name is David Dahan, and I'm based in Durham, NC. I'm eager to begin my real estate investing journey and am currently looking for opportunities in the Raleigh, Greensboro, and Fayetteville areas.

As a new investor, I'm looking for guidance and support in finding the right properties and developing successful investment strategies. I'm particularly interested in rental properties and am open to exploring fix and flip projects as well.
