Hello,

I currently live in Joliet IL and looking to start investing. I prefer Condos or single family homes. I intend to put section 8 tenants in these properties. I'm a 7 year Navy Vet and I used the VA Loan to purchase my current home. I am also 100% disabled. I don't have much experience in investing but I'm willing to work anyone who is motivated.
