Hello BP,

I figured the title was appropriate with all the legalization stuff going on here in the past day(s). It's crazy! Anyway, a little about me, My Name is Aaron Rocha and I am excited to learn from and meet new people here. I own a Residential/Commercial Glass Company here in Denver. I am interested in Wholesaling and purchasing income properties like multi family units. I am also interested in finding any investors interested in warehouse purchasing and commercial leasing. There are many potential customers looking into this now.

For investors: I know the Denver area very well and could be a great contact for out of state investors. I am Bilingual fluently in Spanish as well, which helps in a lot of neighborhoods. Within my industry, I work close to contractors and have access to many trades. I am trust worthy and I believe in honesty and American Workmanship.. I would be a great asset to the right investor.
