New to BiggerPockets & Investing

Hello,

My husband and I are new to both the BP community and real estate investing. We are working abroad for the next few years and will be investing from a distance, but we want to start our journey as soon as possible. Our current goal is to purchase a few single-family or a multifamily unit rental(s) to hold for long-term cash flow (using conventional financing).  We have been narrowing our buy box, and are leaning towards investing in Indianapolis, IN.

We are here to learn and appreciate any advice, information, or connections made.

Hi LeAnn! Welcome to bigger pockets! My name is Sloane, and I work for a private real estate lender, Easy Street Capital; I would love to connect with you and talk more about investing in Indianapolis. Good luck with your real estate investing journey!
