Hi I am new and and ready to jump into REI! Are there any 1 on 1 mentors in Canada?

Hi everyone, excited to be here! I am about to start my REI business and I am very excited. I have spent a lot of time learning everything so I can get into this industry the right way! The only thing I have yet to figure out is finding the right properties/neighbourhoods. I understand the math, and have a good grasp on it, but I assume there is more involved and I don't want to miss anything. Are there any 1 on 1 mentors/coaches in Canada that can kind of walk you through your first deal, check on the properties you're thinking of, and let you know about any important team members or legal stuff I might be missing?

All I see online are either online courses (not helpful in picking neighbourhoods/helping to analyze my first deals), or mentorships in the US, which wouldn't have a pulse on the Canadian real estate market. So I'm not sure how to find them lol. 

Any suggestions would be so welcome - I'm looking forward to being part of this awesome community of like minded investors :)
