Types of partnerships

Cole Babirad
Posted

Hello everyone! My name is Cole, I live in the Niagara region and have some questions regarding partnerships. I have been interested in rei for a long time now, and got into the construction industry to be able to do my own fix and flips one day. I have now been a carpenter for a couple years building luxury lakefront homes, but still don’t have enough capital to get into the market. I am wondering if anyone has ever done a partnership with a contractor or would ever consider something like that? I would be able to take care of all the Reno’s for a percentage of equity or end profits. If anyone would be interested in something like this or has ever done it, please let me know!
